Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 12 hours, Monday to Friday in most cases.
  • Most packages will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX & USPS First Mail, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Please note that USPS does not update tracking information location by location.
  • We only ship to address that you input during PayPal checkout. Buyers are responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

International Shipping

    • Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

      We do not prepay or calculate the fees but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering.

      • Our prices do not include these fees and they will be collected by the shipping company. If the package is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

      • We do not ship to International P.O. Boxes.
      • APO/FPO delivery may take 2-5 weeks.
      • If you chose UPS shipping, but your address is deemed as a UPS extended address, your package will be switched to USPS or DHL Express shipping.

      Returns

        • Returns will be accepted within 14 days after delivery. However, if the item is damaged upon arrival, buyers must contact us within 3 days after delivery

          for any refund or replacement.

          • Returns will not be accepted if buyers caused any damages to the item.
          • Refunds are given as Exchange or Money Back.
